All orders are shipped via ‘Royal Mail First Class Signed For’. Shipping is FREE on all UK orders over £50. All orders below £50 will be charged a shipping fee of £4.95. Delivery is usually 2 to 7 business days*
Please note this is not a tracked service. packages are only scanned once an item has been delivered or an attempt has been made. royal mail does not always leave a ‘while you were out’ card so please check the royal mail website for updates on your package. if packages are sent back to us because they were not collected from the local post office, we charge a reshipping fee of £4.95.
Please note although your item has been shipped, royal mail’s website will read “sender is preparing item ……… “. the next update will be when your item is delivered. please do not email us asking if your order has been shipped if your status says ‘shipped’.2

Europe – Shipping options and cost are calculated at checkout
Rest of the World – All orders will be sent via ‘Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For’. Delivery is usually 10 to 15 working days** and the cost is calculated at checkout (Except Norway and Australia, which we ship untracked because of tight customs).
Once your order has been dispatched you will be given the tracking number of the carrier, you will find this on your order details when you login to your account with us.
Please track your order. if items are sent back to us because delivery could not be made, we charge a reshipping fee of £9.95.cost is calculated at checkout

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the tight customs restrictions in some countries outside of the UK, we cannot guarantee delivery of your order. We will still ship outside the UK but will not be able to offer a refund, or free of charge replacement, if your item is lost or held at customs. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to these terms.
Due to the nature of most of our products, we are not able to accept returns if they have been opened as we are unable to resell them. If you do wish to return your unopened goods for a refund then please contact us using our contact page here.
