After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. This can take up to 2 hrs to arrive. (sometimes this goes into a junk folder). At this point your order status is ‘Processing.’.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO DO ANYTHING FURTHER.
We use a manual payment processing system so your order will be in the queue to be processed. After we process payment you will receive another email saying your status is ‘Awaiting Shipment’.
(If your order is ‘Declined’ this means that your card provider has declined payment so you would need to contact them to ask them why and not us. In most instances it is due to incorrect digits when inputting card details).
Then once your order is ‘Shipped’ you will receive an email with your tracking number on which you can track at;
